Yes I put the files into the custom folder and still only shooting sounds

moved files manually? into "..../insurgency/custom" folder?

Ok so I've installed this mod, the sound fix mod, and moved the files manually into the game but it still wont make any sound upon cocking the weapon and reloading and I have no idea why. Is there any other method to fix this?
