TF2 Hex: Femme Pyro North Polar Fleece Fix - Keyhole Edition

One day, I was browsing the workshop, looking for some hexed cosmetics to clutter my addon folder with, when I saw this collection of Femme Pyro cosmetics, which includes the covered-up North Polar Fleece for the Femme Pyro, but not the keyhole variant.
Yakuza Merkitzi, the hexer, explicitly stated he wasn't going to upload this specific variant because he wasn't a pervert.

The fact that this cosmetic variant was singled out implies it was highly requested by viewers.

So, I answered the call and hexed this for the people that wanted it.
