• The voice pack features 253 lines from both Mass Effect 2 & 3 with radio effect and no references to the name "Samara" or anything related to the Mass Effect universe. However, she speaks about "justice" because I tought it would be cool to have a justicar type in the Xcom universe

@kazuya0010 Hey buddy, it's been 8 years, I don't mod anymore, I would'nt even know how to make a voice pack now x) Sorry! Try to find a more recent/active modder for your request!

There is a mod that allows you modify their loadout the same way you would with normal soldiers down to cosmetics and voice.

You can use it with WotC. By default the voice won't appear for Hero soldiers, but see Violen's post.
