This Mod is for Developers and People who just don't want to deal with usermap error. This Contains no scripts at all, so Bugs can't be fixed.

How to enable Console

Start the game.
Click on Mods in the Main-Menu.
Load Vanilla Mod.
Press ~ (Next to 1) and it will open the Console.
Type " /developer 2 " before starting game.
Note: You have to Press ~ to Open and Close the Console.

Vanilla Mod for using Console with No Mods at all.
This Mod is Compatible with all regions.
This contains no script at all. So compatibility should be unlimited.
Should Work with all Multiplayer and Zombies Maps. Also with Dead Ops, Free Run, Campaign and Nightmare Mode.

Bugs/Problems How to fix!

Fix #1 - Unsub and Resub

Unsubcribe from Vanilla Mod.
Resubcribe to Vanilla Mod.

Fix #2 - Verify Game Cache

Goto your Steam Library.
From the Library select Black Ops 3, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu.
Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache button.
Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes.

Does not work with custom maps for developers. I loaded up the map in radiant after "Verify Game Cache and the map was black and messed up looking. "Verify Game Cache" changes their custom maps volumes back to defaults. (Sun, fog, etc) So if your a developer and use this be prepared to reset your map volumes everytime you "Verify Game Cache".
In the past I was able to do this with default usermaps mod. I just had to load a regular map then type in something like /devmap usermaps/mp_mapname
