With a 75 supplies base recruitment price, these soldiers may not look too different from normal humans, but they do bring additional skills to the table, if you're willing to recruit them.

ADVENT Hybrids that join XCOM have their more advanced chips modified by Shen, enabling them to Mark Targets in the field like ADVENT captains. Since the process for doing so uses the Avenger's systems however, there's a global cooldown of 5 turns, if one hybrid marks a target, every mark ability goes on cooldown.

They also start off with 50 hack score (or on legend, 40), to represent their familiarity with ADVENT-based computer systems. Otherwise, their base stats are identical to humans.

These stats can be changed in the mod's XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini

Cosmetic transitions can break regular soldiers' cosmetic options, use this to fix it if it's enough of an issue for you.
