First, you need to find the model online. https://www.models-resource.com/
From there, all you need is to put it in blender https://www.blender.org/ resize it, lower the number of polygons, move the character and articulate it in a proper position, and make a little ship, platform or something for your character. Once it's done, export it at whatever format you need.
If you never used Blender before, there is plenty of tutorials online.

Porting characters for BallisticNG is not hard work AT ALL. There is a very few modeling to do, depending of what you're aiming for. It's mostly porting, resizing, adapting and articulating. A few modeling here and there and it's all done. In a few hours only you'll be good to go.
