Medievalish campaign graphics

This mod is a wip part of the main mods graphical changes to make the maps fit the time
period better and add more life.

The "barbarian" towns used by semi-feudal factions as denmark have gotten
the earliest aspects of southern architercture in the christianization, churches. And pagan
symbolds like odin statues and stonehenges have been removed. Furthermore the number of
longhouses and huts have been reduced and replaced with still northern looking but more
organised two-story town houses and the like.

For the "roman" towns, the big square towers of antiquity (if they existed even then)
have been replaced by more medieval looking round towers. Eventually I'd like to
add more churches and such but these towns already look quite good.

For the campaign map I've replaced the incredibly bland textures of plain with a more lifefull
mixture of plain and fields (as in Rome II), so that campaigns such as age of Charlemagne's don't get that fall of rome desolation feeling imposed on them.
