描述

Changes some RABDe 12/12 values for higher acceleration and enables usage of the cargo compartment:

- Higher accelertion for the unit.
- Additional use of the middle car's cargo compartment for endproducts like goods or tools etc.
- Mod can savely be removed after all units have been sold.

Known Bugs:
- Changes won't affect trains already in operation. Only newly bought trains get the new capacities.
- After buying, the cargo type is set automatically to goods. Change to automatic or whatever before line assignement.

Passenger numbers remain unchanged, 1 spot for goods (52 with a mod), speed is unchanged, so, yeah, exept for the increased acceleration and a spot for goods in the stock mod, it is pretty much stock.
