Added Support for Waking the Tiger DLC

I have done some research into the history and political climate of Ethiopia, and tried to base my tree on events in Ethiopia. There are references to actual places, events, etc, with added alt-history on top of that.

Ethiopia without intervention will lose every vanilla game, this mod gives even the AI a chance to win. The deck is stacked slightly in Ethiopia's favor, however it is not overly powerful.

Mod is only interesting until 1939-40. Some focuses are extremely broken and also bugged. There is no way to actually get a navy since you don't get any XP thru focuses... Started off great but a boring and bad end.

some reason i don't get the Second ethiopian italian war National spirit at the start of the game so i can't do half the tree if not most of it. my only workaround is console commands fa and Focus.nochecks.

good thing my Napoleonic Thinking destroys Mussolini right away on the southern front
