Mod is only interesting until 1939-40. Some focuses are extremely broken and also bugged. There is no way to actually get a navy since you don't get any XP thru focuses... Started off great but a boring and bad end.

some reason i don't get the Second ethiopian italian war National spirit at the start of the game so i can't do half the tree if not most of it. my only workaround is console commands fa and Focus.nochecks.

do you have to have road to 56 for the entire focus tree to show up?

To do the decision "Restoration of Kushian Titles", you have to control Nanning (in China). Is this right?

Added support for 1.5.1 and WtT. Slight changes to the tree.

For some reason there are a bunch of foci that just say "add." Also, a large chunk of the foci (basically the Christmas offensive down to demand a summit at the League of Nations) say "ERROR: MISSING IDEA. Can happen when reloading focus trees".

Found another hiccup: ethiopia.txt under common/national focuses.

id = ETH_reclaim_aksum requires the following:

ETH_demand_summit (Demand a Summit at the League of Nations)
ETH_torpedoes_focus (The Long Lance)
ETH_secure_seuz (Secure the Suez Canal)

Long Lance and Suez Canal are mutual exclusive. Putting suez and lance in the same prerequisite = {} statement solves this. Anything else I'll let you know.

No problem. Something else as well, not sure if it is intentional or oversight:

The national focus "Demand British Colonies" does not grant a core on Aden, yet if the British accept Aden (along with Abu Dhabi and British Somaliland) return to Ethiopia. This would be fixed by adding "add_state_core = 659" underneath 269 and 658 (in ethiopia.txt, id = ETH_demand_british_somalia).

Again, not certain if not coring Aden is intentional as my knowledge of Ethiopia (and past kingdoms) is quite limited. Tried coring Aden via console and my pop counter wound up negative; haven't done another play through as Ethiopia to confirm if that would fix it. It should, tho.

Upate coming later this week.

I know this has been incorporated into Road to 56 but I wanted to let you know:

Event britain.13372 (returning of Sinai, Jordan and Palestine to Ethiopia) has same description and transfer_state IDs of event britain.13371 (the return of British Somolia, Abu Dhabi, and Aden).

In effect, completing the Return the Kingdom of Solomon national focus of Ethiopia is useless as Ethiopia already has those provinces. The correct state IDs are: 453 (Sinai), 454 (Palestine) and 455 (Jordan).

Easy enough to fix (I did it on my own, tested just fine). Just thought you'd like to know.

Both events are in LOJ_uk_events.txt.

One strategy would be holding the line, with the bonus forts and waiting for the right time to strike back.

I'd say defend and go straight for the focus 'The Lion of Judah'. Once you've done that, take over Somalia (try and hit the port/victory point first), then move those troops up to Eritrea and take over there (again, port/victory point first), then demand the LoN summit as early as possible.

Can someone give a viable strategy for this?

Capturing Mogadishu(Somaliland) gives the option of gaining a core at Eritrea. Probably not what was intended. Running The Road to 56', but I assume that event is a part of this mod.

Can you add an event about moving the capital to Jerusalem if its recaptured similar to the event in the Spanish Civil War?

@Juni My mod is incompatible with the New World Order mod, I am unsure about the other ones. It should be compatible with the other focus tree mods; my mod is already in Road to '56 with a ton of other focus trees.
