I actually did it.

Update
- Vastly improved metal shaders (Thanks to Speeder!)
- Face and Body have been properly merged (from young_genji_bdoy & young_genji_head -> young_genji)
- Added "Selection Idle" and "Selection Idle Rare" animations
- Renamed "Highlight: Common" to "Selection" (I think the common highlight uses the selection animation anyways)

Includes
- A few animations (All Emotes, along with a few others)
- Bodygroup to allow easy swapping of the hair colors
- Original Overwatch Rigging
- Original Facial bones

Planned
- More Animations
- Facial Flexes

Notes
- The Katana textures aren't the original ones. I had to edit the Golden texture to get it similar to the original (There's a bug with the extraction tool that'll sometimes read the Golden texture as the base and extract it instead of the original)
- I plan to add more of the animations, but I still have to identify around 80 of them, not to mention having make the +100 non-converted animations compatible with Source


I take no credit for the models or textures, I just rigged it up and did a ♥♥♥♥ ton of texture edits to get it to look correct.

also his eye bones or whatever are broken. his sliders done work, so i tried to move them with out that and they dont work.

I think I still have the none gold textures of one of his weapons if you ever want it? I mean what you have now look perfectly fine. But if you want them I can dig on my hard drive to see if I still got them.
