Btw, I've been long away now, but if you have any questions regarding ideas, feel free to contact me back on Civfanatics now!
A (collab) Monaco civilization is currently in the works, and apart from some art and civilopedia entries it's almost completely done. (Suez will be replacing the Monaco City State).
If you're more into fictional civs then you're lucky because a Yoshi's Island civ is also in the works, though that one still requires a decent amount of art before I can call it done.
Don't expect both mods too soon though, as I don't have a lot of time to mod anymore now that I'm in university
oh, and I'm glad you like this mod
Check out the link in the description for the download!
(Special thanks to retrocity5 and Techne for pointing out these issues)
I'll have to look into the social policy/infinite culture bug; I think I know where it originates, though I don't know when it originates yet. (Installing the CP now so that I can bugtest with that)
You can remove the infinte culture manually with IGE (doesn't affect saved games) in case you want to 'save your saved game'.
Anyhow, thank you for the issues (regarding the CP)! Already some special thanks to the both of you!

Regarding the no Walis, if by no Wali's you mean "Walis don't appear in my 'purchase with Faith' city screen", then that's because ProductionPopup.lua is replaced by another mod (probably the CP? I'll have to check). If you purchase a missionary in that screen, it should automatically be replaced by a Wali upon missionary-creation. (Anyhow, I sent you a Friend Request retrocity5 so that I could ask more detailed questions there)
