Phillies Motel by [GD]FiLL

This is a new fresh creation that i made, it is a propper working motel with parking spaces

i hope you like my motel and want to stay in it :) and the pictures tell enough :)

In game building have like windos that indent the building. The windos here look like they were from a file and placed on the building. Its just there not 3D. Like the vending machines fake. The sodas are just like painted on to it...

This looks awesome and is exactly what I'm looking for, but the file size is a bit large, anyway to reduce it? Also tris count?
