Destiny Expansion Pack Demo

描述
This is the singleplayer Demo for the Destiny Expansion Pack. It is the Battlezone II Demo, masterfully converted to Battlezone.

While en route to the main base, the Valiant has been destroyed by rogue Black Dog forces. Survivors have been located, and you are the closest transport to its last known location. Clear a path to the survivors and rescue them!

COMMAND OR FIGHT
The Destiny Demo features the unique playable options from the Battlezone II Demo: play as the commander or fight as a pilot. This may be decided at the start of the mission.

SUPPLIES WHEN YOU NEED THEM
When you are damaged or need more ammo, you will be sent supplies to heal and rearm you and your units.

FULL CINEMATICS AND DIALOGUE
The Destiny Demo includes the same audio from the Battlezone II Demo and features a dyamic cinematic similar to its opening.

DESTINY RELEASES SEPTEMBER 28TH
The Destiny Expansion Pack releases on September 28th and features:
  • Over 40 maps and missions
  • Team Strategy gametype
  • Six new planets and worlds
  • Twelve balanced and unique weapons
  • The most advanced game customization
  • The BZII HUD, reticles, soundtrack, and sound effects
  • And a lot more!

The Destiny Demo will be included in the Destiny Expansion Pack. This release is a Beta version and is not fully complete, and it does not feature everything it is planned to include. This version may be removed when the Destiny Expansion Pack is released.

THE DESTINY EXPANSION PACK HAS BEEN RELEASED!

For some reason Steam is removing the link to Destiny. It might be because it's so big...

The Destiny Expansion Pack has an official release date: September 28th! Experience BZ2 soon. :)

I'll make it so the transport slowns down at places where there's enemies. This change will be in the final version, in Destiny. Thanks for the feedback. :)

The Burrito,
The mission will be on Mire in the Destiny release. I didn't include that in this demo version because I'd like to have something special for it later on.

I don't much like the fact that the planet shown is literally Achilles, though.

The pilot mode is hardly doable when the commander just rush forward regardless of resistance. Of course maybe I'm playing "very hard" which doesn't help. I can do it in command mode where I carefully proceed.
