KoS confirmed it's a compatibility issue. No worries, I plan to buy Manager's Journey.

You're right, I don't own the latest DLC (Manager's Journey). Will send the crash report to dev (KoS) to investigate. Your explanation sounds plausible.

@karsmakers will report this on discord but maybe the dev will need your report. You dont have the last DLC, right ? I think what happens is even if i choose maximum comptability (so no DLC hair, eyebrow or beard), if i randomize a player apparence the game can pick a DLC element and this can cause your crash. Can you confirm me you dont have the last DLC ? thanks.

(Minor) bug found: the game terminates when choosing Training for player Veretout (Olympique de Marseille).
