Fictional Canadian Database (5 tiers)

This is a remake of Sangue Blu's Canada file. His had one too many teams in the Canadian top division, so the file never actually worked unless you edited it

Here are my changes:

- I've renamed all of the teams to make them sounds more North American.
- Provided better financial incentives in the league than previously existed.
- Renamed all of the leagues. It's still five levels, but now the leagues are comprised of:

Ligue Elite Canadienne (20)
Canada Ligue 1 (24)
Ligue 2 (24)
Ligue 3 (24)
Championnat Provincial du Football (5th division) (28)

The FA Cup is now the Coupe Canada. In my most recent update of this file (as of 11 Sept.), I've revived the Superliga so that Canada would have a Continental-like tournament to participate in. A fun league with some easter egg clubs in the lower divisions and should be a lot of fun to dive into and see if you can add to the history.
