The fifth in the Turn o steamer series(Turn of the century), This heavy cruiser offers survivability over manueverability and speed. Only 1 knot slower then the light cruiser, with a an average crusing speed of 7 knots.
Its an excellant escort and patrol ship as it can take on foes much larger then its self(up to wildships class even!) until the help of the fleet arives. An extremely balanced and rugged carrack class ship.
