Typical soviet house in middle 20th century.
A three-storey house with 24 apartments (in the game 10 families).
On the ground floor of the building - a pharmacy, a barbershop and a café.

All asset components are works.
The house is inhabited by people, and the shops also works - there are employees and to bring the goods.

The walls are painted in one of four colors - light green, lilac, pink, light brown.

Version of this bulding with left orientation.

@SaniokRosov, ставить надо основную (жилую) часть здания. Она построит и всё остальное. Магазины это реально вывеска и дверь.

У меня вместо дома отображается только надпись "Деловая книга" на фоне ничего. Шо не так?

Update for using built-in Sub-buildings. Sub Building Enabler no need more.
Обновлено. Sub Building Enabler больше не нужен - используются встроенный механизм субзданий.

Если подключить остальные части набора, то это здание превращается в обычное уникальное строение которое можно построить один раз. Если отключить остальные части набора кроме здание работает как обычный жилой дом для РИКО.

Weird... Just remowing folder with asset ("760011831" in this case) need for downloading asset when you re-subscribe.
May be you don't unsubscibe before deleting "760011831"

@targa: I did all your suggested steps, but after removing "760011831" (+ content), restarting PC the game didn't load (ended in a crash at Paradox-Logo) - so I had to reinstall the file. Now the game is starting (thank God!!). I'll check tomorrow if I find a way.... but thanks a lot for your efforts!

As I understand for some reason does not work SubBuildingsDefinition.xml or PloppableRICODefinition.xml (or both).
Possible Steam don't download these files to your PC.
Try to next:
- unsubscribe from this asset;
- found directory "760011831" in "c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\";
- remove "760011831" with all content;
- restart Steam (or your PC);
- start game.

Lovely asset. A small nitpick:

The signs on the building in the screenshots read, from right to left:

"Furniture"; "Coffee Stand"; "Officious Book"

I have RICO (and of course sub-buildings), but it still appears as a unique building... (?) I've already tried to unscribe and subscribe again, but always same result :-(
