描述
Typical soviet house in middle 20th century.
A three-storey house with 24 apartments (in the game 10 families).
On the ground floor of the building - a pharmacy, a barbershop and a café.

All asset components are works.
The house is inhabited by people, and the shops also works - there are employees and to bring the goods.

The walls are painted in one of four colors - light blue, pink, light green, yellow.
Letters of neon sign "Cafe" repainted in one of four colors - red, pink, cyan, blue.

Version of this bulding with right orientation.

Invisible buildings on snowfall maps confirmed. Have all listed required assets, and used the Loading Screen mod to find any additional missing assets, none listed.

not because, but with this building and with others of this same modder that when placed in my city they appear empty, and I have the dependencies that I require according to the creator of this building
these buildings have the same problem,
then I delete the subscription, and the game gives me error

Your building looks lovely! I have a problem using them in the Snowfall maps. I can place the building, but it turns invisible with only the cafe sign appearing. Have you faced this issue before?

Update for using built-in Sub-buildings. Sub Building Enabler no need more.

Never mind, I was selecting sub-buildings instead! :D

But, they don't seem to work as shops, but as unique buildings :( and I'm using RICO as well! The house doesn't show up under RICO, but I still have RICO enabled. When I place it from Unique Buildings, the sub-buildings all show them as unique buildings with "visitors" etc not as commercial :( and yes I have Sub-Buildings mod enabled!

Если не получится с RICO, то можешь попробовать ещё мод Not So Unique Buildings http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466834228
Но всё равно - без RICO это просто уникальное здание.
Можно попробовать ещё добавить в панель строительства RICO здание самому.

Спасибо, буду пробовать... А то такие красивые дома, а всего 3 штуки смог поставить.

@Mr. Pomidorka, извини - не туда нажал - нечаянно твой каммент стёр :(
Может твоя проблема связана с надавним обновлением игры. До этого сколько домиков делал и люди из качали/ставили проблема таких не было.
Попробуй отписаться и снова подписаться на сам RICO (он недавно обновился).
Также есть другая тестовая версия RICO - можешь её попробовать (у меня после обновления домики работали с обоими модами).
