Enhanced Kinetic Artillery and missiles

描述
This mod aims to make the late game more balance by reinforcing Kinetic Artillery and missiles.
The additional shield damage ratio of 35%(Artillery) to 15%(Driver and Cannon) is set slightly higher than 75%(Lance) to 33%(Laser)
High level missiles are equipped more advanced thruster, to avoid damage missing when target exterminated.
Damage of Swarmer Missile is enhanced to compete Artillery and Lance, but I don't really sure that the percentage of shield damage and armor penetration is proper even after multiple testing. Let me know if you have any suggestion.

Kinetic Artillery II - 35% extra shield damage

Missile I - missile speed 5
Missile II -missile speed 10
Missile III - missile speed 15
Missile IV - missile speed 20
Missile V - missile speed 25

Torpedo I - missile speed 5
Torpedo II - missile speed 10
Torpedo III - missile speed 15

Swarmer Missile I - average damage 15.2, 35% extra shield damage, 75% armor penetration, missile speed 25
Swarmer Missile II - average damage 16.4, 35% extra shield damage, 75% armor penetration, missile speed 25
