This video replaces the menu background by Adult Neptune Vs Adult Neptune x)
Specially dedicated to Raiden J T R (Big Nepsy) :)

1. Dowload the addon.
2. Once installed, go to the Vpk file in the "addons" folder l4d2.
3. Extract the addon with GCFScape.
4. Open the Steam/ steamapps/ common/ Left 4 Dead 2/ left4dead2/ media and replace all background files for the extracted file.
Example: The archive "l4d2_background01.bik", changing the number of each background file (l4d2_background02.bik, l4d2_background03.bik..) up to five ^^ .
