I was going to add that this needs to be updated to work with Hamlet items, bu~ut then I saw it hasn't been updated since 2016. T_T man... when great mods get abandoned is a sad day.

If you have the saltlick set to infinite and try to break it with a hammer (even after it's been burnt) it will crash the game. Says the saltlick is set to a null value.
