This car supports photon.
If you have photon installed you can spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > UK Emergency Cars

~~Skin~~
If you don't want the car to use photon just spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > TDM Cars. Then hold 'C' and right click on the car and select skin 2

I have just completed a new type of batten berg skin for this range rover. I will release it tomorrow. Please tell me if you prefer this one or the one which is soon to be released as a different piece of content
