The second in the Turn o steamer series(Turn of the century), This light cruiser is nimble and packs a reasonable sized aresenal for a ship of its size. It can carry minimal cargo and excells at fighting any ship its size or smaller. Its a deep draft vesel with no keel so avoid the shallows or you'll rip her belly open. The ship can work solo or as compliment to a larger fleet. It is most vunerable to ships of similar configurations that have heavier armor and more guns.
