hmm i enabled. decided to do some hard contracts. i made it just in-time. but im sad now bc i saw a head scratch

This mod does not seem to work. I started a new game just to see what it would be like, and it hasn't had any effect on the game so far yet. He still scratches his head and pauses randomly like normal.
