Solstheim Estate Player Home

I wanted a nice, giant, player home in Solstheim instead of the default Severin Manor. I also didn't want to go through those quests for it, so here it is.

It's a pretty big house with two main parts: the main house and and armory, both filled with a lot of loot and tools for the player to use.

- Alchemy area (main house)
- Smithing area (yes it has a smelter, grindstone, etc. - main house and outside of the armory)
- Enchanting area (main house)
- Even has one of those weird staff enchanters in the main house. Didn't even realize those were a thing untill I saw it in the CK lol.
- Some bookshelves in the main house
- NPCs
- 3 guards just wandering...I mean guarding...definitely...the estate
- Varyn Skyplitter, a tank follower
- Vassa the Arcane, a magic follower. Also marriageable.
- A sh!tload of weapon racks and plaques (main house and armory)
- Some mannequins. If they wander around (which they shouldn't, I spent a long time on MAKING THEM NOT BE PIECES OF SH!T F*CK OFF DEVS WITH UR NPC MANNEQUINS).....but for real mannequins are seriously broken in skyrim but they most likely won't wander around.
- Display cases (in both armory and main house. there is loot in each display case.)
- All shrines (Except for nocturnal, as it is a rather large shrine. Main house.)

I think that about covers it. Suscribe and see if you like the house, explore, whatever. Or not do what you want. It is just a glorified storage area I made for my benefit, if I'm being honest.

Bugs that I really tried to fix but might still be a problem:
- A few of the lights might flicker. No idea why. I am pretty sure I managed to get this one fixed though, just listing it as a heads up if you encounter it.
- The walls surrounding the stair case are pure red and it appears the mesh might be messed up. All I got is some warning about a phantom mesh and shape colliding or something? Idk...
If anyone can tell me how I might fix this for future reference that would be very appreciated, thanks.
