This car supports photon.
If you have photon installed you can spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > UK Emergency Cars

If you don't want the car to use photon just spawn the car by holding Q > Vehicles > Sped Cars. Then hold 'C' and right click on the car and select skin 2
