sad that this mod isn't updated anymore, the idea is interesting and with a fresh update it would be a nice mod for many players.

Blueprints should be crafted at the cartography table.

They are crafted at a Celestial Altar. One of the structures you build on the moon island.

There we go, I quickly checked in a world, what this mod actually adds, and it have been added to the description. I'm glad that people still seem to use this mod, and that it surprisingly still works, despite being 4 years old without any updates.

Well, I'm glad to hear it, because it's still the best version of this I've found.
