Asset name: Sov blok 1-464LI-18_5fl_RIGHT_RZ

This is a 5-story soviet style panel block of 1-464LI-18 series (built in Lithuanian SSR)

RIGHT - right building section
RZ - Red side blocks + Žali (Green) balconies

Ploppable RICO is a dependency addon!! It is a must have in order to make this building work as residential building, otherwise it will be an Unique Building with hardly any functionality.

Model and RICO settings info:
Main model: 660 tris; 1024x1024 textures (d, i, n, s)
LOD model: 10 tris. 256x256 textures (d, i, s)
5x5 lot size
High Residential
10 households
*NOTE* if you use Realistic Population and Consumption mod, number of households value will be different.

Ah, you were talking about those little houses. Well, I haven't planned them yet. Finnish house pack is satisfactory for me for now.

What type of white bricks buildings? 1-318-18 series? These: https://pp.vk.me/c417318/v417318197/42b5/mzXNIaVSh4Y.jpg ?

I have many types of soviet Lithuanian architecture buildings in the future plans, so these will come at some time too.
