This is the new version of my old tax mod found here: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=691554908

It increases the taxes for every faction (Including the AI!) to a value that I feel is more reasonable.
Do not expect to be able to have 5 full stack armies - but now you can upkeep those elite units better.

Which file do you edit to get make this? I'm wanting to do a mod where I buff The Empire's economy, but I don't know where to edit it.

Don't know if it was because i was using it along with other mods (most of which said nothing about income) but found i had far more money than i could use - and other factions were spamming armies.

That said, could be due to other mods - and thanks for making this.

Is very nice mod now I can afford a bacon and egg sandwich to eat while I watch my armies die.

Hits just the right balance, I think. You still have to budget your funds to avoid bankruptcy, but you have more freedom to focus on problems of strategy and plotting, rather than how to scrape together enough gold to build a basic trash army or even improvements to your settlements. It's game-enhancing rather than game-breaking.
