Where am I? What happened?

After that weird experiment you ended up somewhere between portal and time, but where is this? Solve the puzzles that you see before you and find out what the hell is going on!

Tips:
#1: Just fling :D
#2: Lasers can go through portals!
#3: jump to get out of the ball view!
#4: the white surface stretches past the grate
#5: 2 ways to solve this, bounce up
#6: flingzingblingclingvring!
#7: PAM PAM PAAAM
#8: Just kidding I have nothing else to put here
