Dark Riot Shield

This mod features a heavy riot shield: based on the one that's currently unused in the game files.

The shield can be crafted at a T3 Anvil (Replicator) with 8 Durasteel and 2 Titanium. Item ID: darkriotshield

This large, aimable shield boasts very high hitpoints, letting it soak up damage from gunfire, swords, and talons, all the while pushing enemies around for a comfortable time. This is offset by its slower raise and lower speed, as well as lacking the ability to Perfect Block (the 0.2 second time when you raise most shields in which they are invulnerable.)

It will always follow your aim, so keep that in mind when engaging targets from different directions. Also note that shields do not prevent environmental damage, but will block rain (this means rain will prevent your shield from regenerating if it's triggering blocks!).
