+15% Strength when adjacent to Forts. -10% Combat Strength for Armour units when attacking, +35% Combat Strength for Armour units when defending. Plantations provide +2 Culture. The capital starts with 1 Wine resource.

Can attack twice per turn

I'm planning to include her in the next series, I just forgot to do so since I use the civ pack and not individual civs.

You are wrong indeed. They don't fight for the nazi cause, nor in anything resembling real war.
It's a sport anime where high schools participate in matches using WW2-era tanks, all good fun.

Just curious, is this based on an Anime that features teenage girls fighting for the Nazi cause in german tanks? I really hope my inferencing there is wrong.

what kind of modification are you trying to implement? Also are you using modbuddy?
