Looks like Ellis is a Garry's mod fan.
This is a reuqest from one of my good friends, Yakuza Merkitzi.

Credits:
BurstGaming (Me): Skinning and mod making.
Team Garry: Creators of the Gmod pictures and owners of Garry's mod.
Yakuza Merkitzi: Requester.
Everything else goes to their respectful authors.

Q: The skin looks pretty decent. Then why do you say you're a bad skinner?
A: Well I am a bad skinner. Is just I used This [mussoft.ch] and gimp to colorize Ellis' T-Shirt to white. Lazy I know :/.
Q: Will there be a cap version of this?
A: Yes. Click here To download it.
Q: Since you're friends with a hexer. Does that mean he will hex this to Garry's mod as well?
A: Why yes. Click here for the Garry's mod hex by my good friend, Yakuza.
