MOO my Stellaris

描述
Adds the empires for all the races of MOO2. It also adds namelists, which are mostly derived from default namelists.

The purpose of this mod is to inject a little of the master of orion magic into your stellaris game. I plan on adding other elements, like traits, ships and technologies.

21/08/2016: Added a picture and updated the version number. Now it is amazing.
