NullReferenceError Fix

This building shows up in RICO as Tourism/Leasure which is from the After Dark DLC. This may be the issue if you don't own it.

If you wish to still use. You can save the asset locally without the RICO file that is included and it should work fine. Or if you know how to edit RICO files you can change it to commercial.

Can you fix this. I kinda wanna use this for my Manhattan build.

Currently I am unable to replicate the problem listed. It seems only a handful of people are experiencing this issue so it has become harder to pin point the cause. I have tested this with and without the RICO and Loading Screen Mod with no errors.
