Mansion KIKA
You need to use the Ploppable RICO Mod by AJ3D to function as intended. Otherwise it's just a park/plaza that doesn't do anything.

- level 5
- 6 households
- 24 000 construction cost

The house is without trees and plants so I recommend to use More Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy (& Tree Anarchy) Mod by BloodyPenguin for decorating it.

I'd like to place these on larger plots within a gated complex, any chance you could upload models without walls? (I know this is annoying... sorry, but it'd make my luxery beach community PERFECT)

YES! Please make more of these. I've been searching the workshop for months and haven't come across anything like this. Thank You Very Much
