Disenchant all

Since I have no longer the time to support this mod, I will not be doing new fixes or updates. I'm sorry... Maybe in the future I will come back to improve this project.

With this mod you can disenchant all types of armor... For example, you can't disenchant Dark Brotherhood Armor, but with this mod you can disenchant that and much more!

As the title says, you can disenchant all weapons and armor with an effect, there are only two found exception: Amulet of Talos and staves, because they have like an established data rule, which I can't change on the creation kit (Or at least I don't know how to change it). (Only tested with vanilla items)

Current bugs:
-The Ebony Mail enchant is always active, and I can't find a solution (This don't happens with Ebony Mail, just with the armors you enchant with this effect)

There are some enchants that you can't enchant (despite the redundancy), so if you find any of those just post the exact name of the item (that you disenchanted) and I'll try to fix it.

If there is any spelling or grammar error please tell me so I can fix it :P.
