I can run the truck just fine but when i add the bumpers and fuel cell it lags the game very badly. I can run the snorkle and bike add ons no problem.

AMD Athlon II 2.6 Ghz
GeForce GTX 750 Ti
4GB Ram
so if my antiquated system can handle it just fine with everything set on max and motion blur turned off, then all I can sugest is try adjusting your settings
