Sadly most of vehicles are removed from workshop, probably due to the copyright issues

For sirens, you need an addon like Photon or VCMod. I recommend VCMod. You will need both VCMod main and VCMod ELS. Links here : VCMod Main [www.gmodstore.com] VCMod ELS [www.gmodstore.com]

Everything is deleted beside the vtf files for the 2k skins that is already in the pack. Just extract this pack, then make more skins and upload with my permission;)
