(Wip) Miranda Class Federation Frigate

A heavily modded rendition of my favorite federation ship design. Exterior done, with low possability for any major change, bridge is complete aside from two currently unused text panels, while the rest of the interior is very much work in progress. Screenshots, stats, and other information will come once the build is done.
