Slasher

Hide from the slasher and stay alive until the end of the round.
In this gamemode, at the start of every round a random player (Slasher) is chosen to hunt down the Hiders.

Includes 2 maps: sl_residential, sl_residential_alt (they require CS:S)

Available cvars:
- sl_roundlength | Sets the rounds' length.
- sl_killercanopendoors | If set to 1, the slasher can open doors like hiders.
- sl_killercansmashdoors | If set to 1, the slasher can smash the doors.
- sl_smasheddoorscollide | If set to 1, the smashed doors will collide with the players.
- sl_maxrounds | Sets the round limit
- sl_slashermodel | Changes the slasher's model
- sl_slasherblindfold | Changes whether the slasher may be blindfolded (0: Automatic, depends on map; 1: always blind during hiding; 2: never blind during hiding)
- sl_canspectateslasher | If set to 1, dead hiders can spectate the slasher.
- sl_slasherviewmodelusesfists | If set to 1, the slasher's viewmodel uses fists instead of claws.
