i'm really sorry but i had to delete the workshop item to update the map, if anyone know how to update it without doing this, please let me know.

sometimes glitch zeds..

i have tried that but the dedicated server always pick the previous one.

When I update a map on the Workshop I just re-upload over the previous one. You might have to delete the "published" folder in C:\Users\username\Documents\my games\KillingFloor2\KFGame first.
