It's pretty simple though to change so it's a residential RICO, here's a guide;
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=628080291
I'm probably gonna do it to a RICO residential 60% for myself.
Personally I thought the window colors from the renders looked really cool, so I didn't think to much about it. But I usually try to use dubai360 and google as reference for most of my current projects so it looks as realistic as possible.
Also thanks for your kind words, I'll always to my best to improve the quality of my assets :)
@Demosthenes_1
I'm trying my best to upload pictures now and then on my profile. U can add me if you want to, because I'm also trying my best to remember who has added me for my C:S projects and give heads up now and then that I've uploaded pictures or the building to the workshop.
Also in many construction renders (atleast where i live) the windows on building renders are made to look more "bluish" than what the "real deal" will be when the building is done, this happens especially often on highrise renders. (no need to change the windows im just pointing this out if you didn't know)
Thumbs up and an add to the favourites list for sure, keep up the good work!
Well they're on hold like many other downtown projects. The only reason why I did this building was because I wanted to do a simple building that could fit anywhere in my Dubai city.
So Marriott, Chelsea tower, al yaqoub etc. are on-hold projects that should be released as soon as I start working on downtown.
