A 240 m, 53 floor skyscraper located in Downtown Dubai.
It's a office building and was completed Januari 2014

This is a 60% version of The Bay Gate.

You and Quad really are my favorite asset makers in the shop. I love supertalls and ultra-moderns. One day soon I'll make a gallery of the City i've been working on for about a year now, and the truly epic man-made canyons of steel and glass that assets like the ones you make have made possible.
