Penguin Enabler

Allows penguins to be selected in the race menu. Works in vanilla servers with asset mismatch enabled.

WARNING: Some animations cannot be fully watched with Penguins, as they were never meant to be a player race. If a certain cinematic crashes for you when you watch it fully (IE Respawn) Hit Escape and you'll bypass it. All penguin cinematics have been modified so that they can be skipped.
