Requires Brave New World.

Design is as follows:


Supports: E&D, UCI, Civ IV Traits, YnAEMP, Map Labels, CulDiv, CID, Mercenaries, Piety, Prosperity, and Sovereignty (assuming they're still things :P)

@retrocity5 Manchu Nurhaci annexed Gojoseon causing Korea's Joseon Dynasty to pay tribute to this glorifying Siberian Empire. FACT The early Turks came from Siberia and the Mongols Yakuts.

Anyone had an issue where the Banner promotion isn't showing up? Just the "created: ignore this" promotion. I thought it was my first warrior, but I've built warriors, spearman, archers, and same issue.
