You need to use the Ploppable RICO Mod by AJ3D to function as intended. Otherwise it's just a park/plaza that doesn't do anything.

The house is without trees and plants so I recommend to use More Beautification Mod and Prop Anarchy (& Tree Anarchy) Mod by BloodyPenguin for decorating it.

All I ever get with these mansions are Low Land Value warnings even though it's bright green (high).

when i place this, after a while is says that te land value low is, and after that every household is leaving, what can i do?
