Heal Thrower

Part Three of Three of my Christmas-in-July 2016 project.
Note that while it's *usable* offline, you won't be able to level grind your Medic Perk using it.
I also state this in as few single-syllable words as possible:
Do not use it to kill ZEDs (see the image for just how much hurt they take from it)!
It may seem over-powered for healing in regular gameplay, but I didn't create it for that. Instead, this is for those situations when a medic grenade is too small of an area-of-effect, and healing darts aren't in near-constant supply. Imagine your team is kiting a map in close quarters, when suddenly you turn a corner and two-or-more Sirens are shambling toward you. Those kinds of mass-heal circumstances.
The damage is too weak to be used offensively, and the healing itself is also weak to balance out the immediate heelz you get from using it (Keep in mind the other healing methods are more concentrated dosages, while in this case you're spraying around a mist across a larger distance- not quite as potent!).
Its weight is also considerably greater than other Medic weapons, but not so high that you can't carry other gear as well.
