RT Solar Flare Shield

描述
Researchable (RT Mods research tab) magnetic shield to protect colony electronics from EMI and solar flares. The device heats up considerably while engaged, so plan accordingly!

Does not require a new colony to add or remove (might throw a one-time error).

Texture by LastXsile.

@ClusterDuck: The on-load thing is a legitimate bug, thank you for reporting. Which of the buildings is it not working for?

Does not work when loading a save in which flare shield was active. It stops working and all the lights go out. Also does not work for some of the buildings.

@Karatejürgen: It's technically possible, but would require overhauling how the entire mod works. I don't have the time or energy to do that.

can you make smaller versions? i only want to protect specific eletronics from EMI.
